Description
Castellan Cost Consulting is looking for an Associate Cost Consultant based in Manchester. Independent cost consultancy advising clients on commercial, residential and public sector projects. You will join a settled team working on commercial offices and residential and public sector buildings projects, mostly under JCT SBC and NEC4 ECC Option A.
- Prepare cost plans and estimates from RIBA Stage 1 onwards
- Run tender processes and produce tender reports
- Administer contracts and report on cost to clients
- Assess interim valuations and agree final accounts
- Support business development and mentor junior staff
