Description
Quillon Disputes is looking for an Associate Director, Claims based in London. Quantum and claims consultancy supporting contractors and employers through disputes. You will join a settled team working on energy and utilities and nuclear and civils and infrastructure projects, mostly under FIDIC Yellow Book and FIDIC Silver Book.
- Analyse project records to build and test quantum
- Prepare and critique claims for loss and expense, prolongation and disruption
- Value variations and final account disputes
- Support adjudication, arbitration and litigation teams
- Draft clear, well-evidenced reports
