Description
Brightwater Delivery Partners is looking for a Commercial Manager based in Leeds. Water and wastewater delivery partner working under long-term frameworks. You will join a settled team working on water and wastewater projects, mostly under NEC4 ECC Option C and NEC4 TSC (term service).
- Lead the commercial management of projects from tender to final account
- Protect the business's contractual position and manage risk
- Report monthly cost, value and forecast to the leadership team
- Manage and develop a team of surveyors
- Negotiate change, claims and final accounts
