Lanwick Housing is looking for a Contracts Manager based in Newport. Housing association with an active development and planned maintenance programme. You will join a settled team working on residential projects, mostly under JCT MW and NEC4 TSC (term service).
- Manage the contracts and commercial terms across a portfolio of projects
- Administer notices, change and programme obligations under the contract
- Manage client and supply chain relationships
- Report contract performance and risk to the board
- Drive delivery to time, cost and quality
