Description
Castellan Cost Consulting is looking for a Cost Manager based in Liverpool. Independent cost consultancy advising clients on commercial, residential and public sector projects. You will join a settled team working on life sciences and education projects, mostly under JCT DB and NEC4 ECC Option A.
- Own the cost plan and report cost and forecast to the client
- Lead value engineering and change control
- Manage the procurement strategy and tender analysis
- Report risk and contingency drawdown
- Agree final accounts with contractors
