Description
Harrowmere Construction is looking for a Graduate Quantity Surveyor based in Reading. Main contractor delivering commercial, education and healthcare buildings across the South East. You will join a settled team working on education projects, mostly under JCT DB.
- Prepare and agree monthly valuations and applications for payment
- Price, record and agree variations and compensation events
- Produce cost value reconciliations and cash flow forecasts
- Procure and manage subcontract packages
- Agree final accounts and keep the commercial record in order
