Description
Oakfold Homes is looking for a Head of Commercial based in Bristol. Residential developer building homes across the South West and Wales. You will join a settled team working on residential projects, mostly under JCT SBC and JCT DB.
- Lead the commercial management of projects from tender to final account
- Protect the business's contractual position and manage risk
- Report monthly cost, value and forecast to the leadership team
- Manage and develop a team of surveyors
- Negotiate change, claims and final accounts
