Description
Brightwater Delivery Partners is looking for an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor based in Wakefield. Water and wastewater delivery partner working under long-term frameworks. You will join a settled team working on water and wastewater and civils and infrastructure projects, mostly under NEC4 ECC Option C.
- Prepare and agree monthly valuations and applications for payment
- Price, record and agree variations and compensation events
- Produce cost value reconciliations and cash flow forecasts
- Procure and manage subcontract packages
- Agree final accounts and keep the commercial record in order
