Description
Tarnbeck Interiors is looking for a Managing Quantity Surveyor based in Manchester. Office fit-out and refurbishment specialist. You will join a settled team working on fit-out and interiors and commercial offices projects, mostly under JCT DB and JCT ICD.
- Prepare and agree monthly valuations and applications for payment
- Price, record and agree variations and compensation events
- Produce cost value reconciliations and cash flow forecasts
- Procure and manage subcontract packages
- Agree final accounts and keep the commercial record in order
