Description
Kestrel Linework is looking for a Project Commercial Manager based in Crewe. Rail systems contractor working on track, overhead line and signalling renewals. You will join a settled team working on rail projects, mostly under NEC4 ECC Option C and NEC4 ECS (subcontract).
- Lead the commercial management of projects from tender to final account
- Protect the business's contractual position and manage risk
- Report monthly cost, value and forecast to the leadership team
- Manage and develop a team of surveyors
- Negotiate change, claims and final accounts
