Description
Kestrel Linework is looking for a Project Quantity Surveyor based in Derby. Rail systems contractor working on track, overhead line and signalling renewals. You will join a settled team working on rail projects, mostly under NEC4 ECC Option C and NEC4 ECS (subcontract).
- Prepare and agree monthly valuations and applications for payment
- Price, record and agree variations and compensation events
- Produce cost value reconciliations and cash flow forecasts
- Procure and manage subcontract packages
- Agree final accounts and keep the commercial record in order
