Description
Lanwick Housing is looking for a Quantity Surveyor based in Cardiff. Housing association with an active development and planned maintenance programme. You will join a settled team working on residential projects, mostly under JCT SBC and JCT ICD.
- Prepare and agree monthly valuations and applications for payment
- Price, record and agree variations and compensation events
- Produce cost value reconciliations and cash flow forecasts
- Procure and manage subcontract packages
- Agree final accounts and keep the commercial record in order
