Description
Fennick Drylining is looking for a Quantity Surveyor based in Reading. Drylining, partitions and ceilings subcontractor for fit-out and residential schemes. You will join a settled team working on fit-out and interiors and residential projects, mostly under JCT subcontracts.
- Prepare and agree monthly valuations and applications for payment
- Price, record and agree variations and compensation events
- Produce cost value reconciliations and cash flow forecasts
- Procure and manage subcontract packages
- Agree final accounts and keep the commercial record in order
