Description
Vantris M&E is looking for a Regional Commercial Manager based in Milton Keynes. Mechanical and electrical subcontractor for data centres, healthcare and commercial buildings. You will join a settled team working on data centres and healthcare projects, mostly under NEC4 ECS (subcontract) and JCT subcontracts.
- Lead the commercial management of projects from tender to final account
- Protect the business's contractual position and manage risk
- Report monthly cost, value and forecast to the leadership team
- Manage and develop a team of surveyors
- Negotiate change, claims and final accounts
