Description
Our client is looking for a Senior Commercial Manager based in Edinburgh. They have a strong pipeline of work and a supportive culture. You will join a settled team working on energy and utilities and civils and infrastructure projects, mostly under NEC4 ECC Option C and NEC4 ECC Option E.
- Lead the commercial management of projects from tender to final account
- Protect the business's contractual position and manage risk
- Report monthly cost, value and forecast to the leadership team
- Manage and develop a team of surveyors
- Negotiate change, claims and final accounts
