Description
Harrowmere Construction is looking for a Senior Commercial Manager based in London. Main contractor delivering commercial, education and healthcare buildings across the South East. You will join a settled team working on healthcare projects, mostly under NEC4 ECC Option A and NEC4 ECC Option C.
- Lead the commercial management of projects from tender to final account
- Protect the business's contractual position and manage risk
- Report monthly cost, value and forecast to the leadership team
- Manage and develop a team of surveyors
- Negotiate change, claims and final accounts
