Description
Brightwater Delivery Partners is looking for a Senior Contracts Manager based in Leeds. Water and wastewater delivery partner working under long-term frameworks. You will join a settled team working on water and wastewater projects, mostly under NEC4 ECC Option C and NEC4 TSC (term service).
- Manage the contracts and commercial terms across a portfolio of projects
- Administer notices, change and programme obligations under the contract
- Manage client and supply chain relationships
- Report contract performance and risk to the board
- Drive delivery to time, cost and quality
