Brightwater Delivery Partners is looking for a Senior Cost Manager based in York. Water and wastewater delivery partner working under long-term frameworks. You will join a settled team working on water and wastewater projects, mostly under NEC4 ECC Option C and NEC4 ECC Option E.
- Own the cost plan and report cost and forecast to the client
- Lead value engineering and change control
- Manage the procurement strategy and tender analysis
- Report risk and contingency drawdown
- Agree final accounts with contractors
