Description
Our client is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor based in Basingstoke. They have a strong pipeline of work and a supportive culture. You will join a settled team working on commercial offices and industrial and logistics projects, mostly under JCT DB.
- Prepare and agree monthly valuations and applications for payment
- Price, record and agree variations and compensation events
- Produce cost value reconciliations and cash flow forecasts
- Procure and manage subcontract packages
- Agree final accounts and keep the commercial record in order
