Description
Oakfold Homes is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor based in Bristol. Residential developer building homes across the South West and Wales. You will join a settled team working on residential projects, mostly under JCT SBC and Bespoke / amended forms.
- Prepare and agree monthly valuations and applications for payment
- Price, record and agree variations and compensation events
- Produce cost value reconciliations and cash flow forecasts
- Procure and manage subcontract packages
- Agree final accounts and keep the commercial record in order
