Description
Harrowmere Construction is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor based in London. Main contractor delivering commercial, education and healthcare buildings across the South East. You will join a settled team working on education and healthcare projects, mostly under JCT DB and NEC4 ECC Option C.
- Prepare and agree monthly valuations and applications for payment
- Price, record and agree variations and compensation events
- Produce cost value reconciliations and cash flow forecasts
- Procure and manage subcontract packages
- Agree final accounts and keep the commercial record in order
