Description
Vantris M&E is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor based in Milton Keynes. Mechanical and electrical subcontractor for data centres, healthcare and commercial buildings. You will join a settled team working on data centres projects, mostly under NEC4 ECS (subcontract) and JCT subcontracts.
- Prepare and agree monthly valuations and applications for payment
- Price, record and agree variations and compensation events
- Produce cost value reconciliations and cash flow forecasts
- Procure and manage subcontract packages
- Agree final accounts and keep the commercial record in order
